I applied for a Fresh passport on 24.02.2012 in "DISTRICT PASSPORT APPLICATION RECEIPT CELL, WARANGAL"

On submission i was given receipt File Reference No.(may be): Z 201380 12.

But when i try to track the status online with my File Reference No. HYD-Z201380-12, i am getting a message "File Reference Number (HYD-Z201380-12) is either wrong or Information NOT available".

Kindly suggest whether my File No. is correct ot not ? Being a member of the society, I purchased additional 100 sq ft net carpet (specifically mentioned "net" in my oral dealings with the builder). Now when we are about to enter into an agreement, the builder is using the word 100 sq ft "usable" carpet area in the agreement and is insisting that usable and net carpet area is the same. I want to know the difference between the two words. Can the builder use the word "usable" carpet area in the agreement. I have negotiated with the builder before 1-1.5 yrs for the extra sq ft that too for carpet. Now he is playing with the words and I feel cheated. I never applied for any credit card and does not have card at all.But the recovery team is coming to my residence and telling that i have the credit card and need to pay the balance.I told them clearly that i don't have the card at all and in turn told them that pls come with the documents proof that i have card.They were telling that i need to visit the bank to check for the same.

Please let me know how to proceed
