    If your objective is to get "information", then the best alternatives are: 1. File another first appeal against the latest order of the CPIO (for incomplete information being provided) 2. File a second appeal with the CIC (if undertaking is under Central Govt.).

    You cannot file a RTI application to AAI through the CIC website. Resend that RTI application (with application fee) to the PIO of AAI. Address is available under the RTI link, on the AAI website.

    If you are visiting that office, yes, as officer pointed out you can see the same under Sec 4.3&4 without burden to PA and even get copy of it. Must be a advance PA and knows RTI Act to sprite. Tell name also so that other people in your area can try getting information without fee.

    Kindly increase resolution while re scanning and do not edit to reduce file size. or kindly post original scanned jpg with of editing. Scanned jpg opened in paint and saved without doing any thing reduces file size to almost 1/3

RTI has to be filed with CPIO of the public authority in the first instance and then if you do not get information within 40 days then you should file first appeal with same AAI, If you still do not get information within 45 + 10 days then only CIC will come in...
