Used to be. She has left and now there is a new FAA. He is not the Transparency officer. In fact no one in the CIC knows who is the Transparency Officer.

That order of the CIC regarding "Transparency Officer" has been stayed by the Delhi HC. Just wait till a final judgment comes through and then decide to proceed further.

If you know the location of the properties, then you can get the details from the Sub Registrars office located in that area. Without even knowing the approximate location, it will be impossible to get the details using RTI. Also consult your lawyer.
