If you are visiting that office, yes, as officer pointed out you can see the same under Sec 4.3&4 without burden to PA and even get copy of it. Must be a advance PA and knows RTI Act to sprite. Tell name also so that other people in your area can try getting information without fee.

Never attach your own pendrive or Ext HDD to computers of any Public Authority . There is a chance that you may be blamed later for things like Infecting their system , data crash , data theft etc. Just ask for data on diskette .

hi atul,
i am resident of thane city and hence you can guess i must be asking for help to you for TMT buses.
i just read that you had used RTI against TMT. i also want to do the same. I dont think the timetable provided by the TMT is efficient enough or is bieng adhered by them. so i want to know on what basis they have set the time table or when was the last time they had resheduled it. Because i certainly think that their timetable is not helping us anyway. I live at shivai nagar and hence travell by yeoor, shivai nagar and upvan buses. bus after coming back from work i always see nearly 5-6 buses going for wagle aagar (most of them empty) and after that only one bus comes for shivai nagar or yeoor or upvan. i have taken application form but i dont know where to submit it. can you please help me on this?

THROUGH RELIABLE SOURCES I GOT INFORMATION THAT KHATA HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. I HAD ASKED FOR COPIES FOR KHATA CERTIFICATE, KHATA TRANSFER APPLICATION FORM, WILL IF ANY AND OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATED SINCE I AM ALSO ONE OF THE LEGAL HEIR. I HAVE ALSO SENT A SEPARATE POSTAL ORDER OF Rs. 100/- FOR THE DOCUMENT COPIES. BUT ARO REPLY WAS VERY VAGUE. HE DID NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION. Hi Atul ji,

My ancestral home in Village Selina, Punjab was demolished and disposed off by goons. An FIR u/s 379, 420, 120-B, 467,468,471 IPC was filed on 2-4-2011
No action was taken by the police on above FIR.
I need to nail the local police which is in connivance with the thugs.
I have prepared an RTI application .(<http://www.sendspace.com/file/xfoj4a>) but unable to find the right PIO for it.
I have been through massive information available onlline and understand the the RTI application for Punjab needs to be filed on Form A. I have successfuly downloaded Form A(<http://www.sendspace.com/file/he3u5x>)
Please review my application and Form A and advise which format to use and also how to find the PIO.

There is a person who applied for passport on behalf of face document and also taken facility of ECNR behalf of face document.
Can i ask through RTI copy of enclosures, which have been submitted at the time of application to Passport office.

I was born and raised in Nashik but my parents never registered my birth so I do not have birth certificate. As of now I am in need of birth certificate for my job. Is there a way I can register my birth in Nashik and receive my Birth Certificate through RTI. If so what is the procedure and where to go. My parents are still in Nashik but we could not find any medium to get this resolved. Any direction from you is highly appreciated.
