respected all , health worker(malaria) in phc (primary health centre) doing malpractices , he gives medicines(bottles /injections/tab.) to patients coming his home
and charges for same from poor peoples , since 30 yrs he was transferred only for 2 times but each time he had given money to his superior and stopped transfer and requested them to allot him nearby PHC , along with this he is NOT living at his HEADQUARTER. e.g. if his hq is A he is living at place B 15 kms away from his home ,
So finally my question is ,HOW TO RESTRICT HIM FROM DOING SUCH MALPRACTICES , WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I WANT TO COLLECT THE PROOF AGAINST HIM FOR HIS SUSPEND , DISMISS PERMANENTLY. , WHERE SHOULD I APPROACH ,
WHICH TYPE OF RTI APPLICATION SHOULD I FILE DISTRICT DHO OR CONCERNED AUTHORITY .
WHAT THE NORMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRANSFER OF SUCH A GOVT. EMPLOYEE.
