Hi Mr. Kothari,
I am a IIT alumni doing my PhD at UC Berkeley. Me and a few of my friends ( IIT alumnis) are creating an open source RTI database by parsing the data and classifying according to different attributes. The aim is to have an open source data of as many as we can RTI responses as possible for use of wider community. We are also planning to create API's based on this data set for easy use/search of the database like according to geographical location/Departments etc.
I would like to request you help in this endevour to get RTI data. If you have any datasets to RTI responses please guide us to it or If you have friends who have such databases please forward this message to them. I am downloading the data you have uploaded on this site and it has been really helpful.
