Right to education completly implimented from 1 april 2013 in country but actual implimentation is very difficult becoz actual vacant post of teaching staff filling is difficult for central govt. as well as state govts. In all over country ,in central schools 124 post of permanent principles are vacant. the ratio of student @ teachers 30:1 @ 35:1 is tough task for govt.First govt. need to appointed the teaching staff .then infrastructure and other facility . so it is necessary for govt of state

Central govt release Rs. 1005.51 crore for various agriculture,waterresources schemes @ environment and forest as Bundelkhand Package in last three financial year 2009-10 ,2010-11 @ 2011-12 . Actual position of development in this area is still ZERO .for water resources govt release 322.96 crore in three financial year.for water managment govt. release 235.66 crore ,for agriculture 320 crore,for environment @ forest 21.60 crore ,for animal husbandry 55.30 crore @ for rural drinking water supply
