Used to be. She has left and now there is a new FAA. He is not the Transparency officer. In fact no one in the CIC knows who is the Transparency Officer.

That order of the CIC regarding "Transparency Officer" has been stayed by the Delhi HC. Just wait till a final judgment comes through and then decide to proceed further.

In case 2, the part of RTI is already over. Maybe media exposure will help.
