    Because of carelessness of ECGC I Ltd my son who is an IIT Engineer had to close the factory and migrate to USA and Corporation Bank does not know how to treat Senior Citizens.

    I believe you have serious issues with Corporation Bank and ECGC concerning corruption and maladministration of Loan accounts.

    I have similar problems with both these public institutions towards illegal NPA classification, Oppressive action under Sarfaesi act, defrauding ECGC into paying claims, and now wanting to sell our mortgaged properties to repay ECGC.
