If your query remains unanswered or is not answered to the full , then it is denial of Information on that very particular query . The remedy is First Appeal . But in your case I find PIO has answered most of the queries , it may be considered that he meant to provide Information . The laps may...

Yes I agree, that at this point in time, the idea is a bit futuristic, Also it may be a bit too much to expect the PA to co-operate to allow plugging in of an external device or for that matter even allow burning in of data on a CD-R. Maybe some other day in near future, some one else may...

Never attach your own pendrive or Ext HDD to computers of any Public Authority . There is a chance that you may be blamed later for things like Infecting their system , data crash , data theft etc. Just ask for data on diskette .

  1. Dear Bali Sir,
I have so far not tried my hands at CPA. However I am in the process of preferring my complaint against MHADA officers in Mumbai, in all 17 of them. Firstly they refused to accept the speed post and it was returned with remark "refused to accept". Then I had requested a journalist friend to accompany me. When the card of the journalist friend was sent in, we were immediately ushered in immediately. On being informed that my application sent to through speed post was not accepted by his department CEO was stunned and remarked that RTI is sacro sanct. He made his officers to get the application accepted.

    Dear Mr. Modi,

There is a request to you. Please make your efforts and make me to know that if a Person who has already gone to 2nd Appeal in State Information Commission, and have not got any relief, instead of going to High Court, can he go to Consumer Forum. The CPA is an additional remedy as per act. Additional means in "addition:" and not "alternate". My appeal is in State CDRC Punjab. The President says that if I had been availed the RTI remedy, I can not restart at Consumer. My logic is that CPA is additional and inexpensive alternative, Instead of going to HC, I prefer to come to consumer court,
Even if it bad logic, please search some authorities, where the same case had been tried by two courts/forums in nay shape. If in Consumer Case, any such instance/authority is, I will be obliged if you search and send me. The next date is very short 21/11/2012. If ones we make it, we will open a path for our companions.

I am having not much idea about powers of FAA under RTI act,to me they are just evasive senior officer
