How can I help you in your first appeal?
Our other member has started the subject issue giving where to apply. In my case my complaint was returned by CIC even if I had appealed but no decision for 2 months! So do appeal i.e. First appeal u/s 19(1)
Put your case how you are eligible for full information.
Most of the time AA favors CPIO and do not give information. But this is the process and we have to follow.
There is a saying in English "Vulture is a patient bird" and so if you want the information for a noble cause wait.
In your second appeal do not forget to quote you have availed first appeal under 19(1) and AA has not replied if this is the case.
Post your appeal in your thread so that our other members will also guide you. This is a open community and very good is my experience of last one year.
