There has been another high rise building constructed recently at the following address:

Model House street, Basavanagudi Bengaluru, Karnataka 560004

Landmark: on the small road connecting patalamma temple road and old kanakapura road (this is part of model house street). entry through pai vista convention hall on patalamma temple road.

Request for action on the following violations:

5floors of building on a site bearing: ~30x45ft, with minimal gap from the compound wall of the building
For a residential building of size ~30x45ft, there needs to be gap of atleast 1.5mt on either side of the compound.
Height of the building is 5floors which makes it as almost 15mts height, and requires 5mt of open space on all the sides

Landmark: near krishna rao park, kanakapura road, basavangudi

Request for action on the following violations:

7floors of building on a site bearing: 60x100ft, with minimal gap from the compound wall of the building
For a residential building of size 60x100ft, there needs to be gap of 3mts and 1.5mt on either side of the compound.
Height of the building is 7floors which makes it as almost 20mts height, and requires 7mt of open space on all the sides
foot path is not maintained for proper usage, due to waste material dumped and not cleaned yet, on both sides of the building
The building needs to be destroyed or should be taken over by govt for any other useful purpose

I would like to bring to your kind notice that there have been many high rise buildings sanctioned or provided occupancy certifcates, without following the construction BYE laws.

I am referring to the BYE laws at: http://www.bmrda.kar.nic.in/BYE1.HTM, and am finding quite a few violations in the construction.

I would like to provide two building details, and there are many such buildings with construction violations in this area.
Hope your team can take further investigation and take action against the concerned people.
