Hi maneesh , My friend's bike has a registration from Maharashtra but he is presently living in bangalore and while coming from thr he got the NOC from pune RTO. Now, the RC card is lost in Bangalore and he has still not resistered the bike with Karnataka registration.He is unable to get a duplicate from Pune RTO as they are saying "you have already taken your NOC and so duplicate RC cannot be issued from pune".....and here in bangalore RTO are not issuing a new one as they need the original RC card to proceess further. He also has the required Police complaint for lost RC book. HOw can he help himself now?
