Dear Sir,
We , some of the mambers of our Society started fighting corruption since 1984 onwards. We got some success , but incidntally last 5 yrs or so we are really cornered by the united force of corrupt persons from all spheres of life, including Govt. administration, police , political parties,so on. And vital point is that we are not getting proper response from the judiciary due to inordinate delay and clever tactics of united corrupt persons.
Above all during this period we have lost about 40 persons from our side , and did not receive any new support.
For this type of helpless situation we are becoming frustrated day by day. some times we think we should stop fighting. But, always I used to think that the meaning of life is the fighting against the evil forces. Should we stop ? But how we will continue with our very limited man power & financial ability with respect to the opponents.

Dear Sir,
I had received one FAA's order; which I would like to share .I did not receive any information even after 40 days of submission of , I submitted 1st appeal , and specifically mentioned that ---- It is not obligatory to attend 1st appeal hearing, that too when no information was furnished . I requested to direct the SPIO for furnishing the required information . In my absence the 1st App. Authority dismissed the appeal and sent his order as followq--- The appellant is absent. For the non -appearance of the appellant the appeal is dismissed. The appeal is disposed of.
My questions are (1)whether 1st appl. authority is eligible to dismiss the appeal (2) Why he did not direct the SPIO concrned to furnish the information sought for .
My experience is that they only reply-- RTI is for information , not for explanation.
Please help me to take the proper step . Thanking you and expecting a good suggestion from you---Abhijeet
