My Spouse is working with a well known educational Institute in Thane. She is a Post Graduate Diploma in addition to it she also has a Advance Diploma in Computer Software, System Analysis and application of MSBTE. Since 1999 as a Lab Assistant, on adhoc basis in Polytechinc Information Technology Dept. Now they are offering her a permanent post of Lab Assistant, i wanted to know is she eligable for the post of Programmer, What are the qualification required for the post of Programmer and approx pay scale offered
