sales agreement shows purchaser executed declaration in favor of builder , unconditionally / irrevocably agreed stilt parking belonged to builder and he would not object to the sale of the same by the builder to others. declaration debar members of their rights on the stilt parking and not prevent Society from claiming stilt parking , the agreement is not registered under MOFA no stamp duty paid , the purchaser cannot not claim the stilt parking even though he has bought it.
