Will somebody suggest me whether I can seek RTI reply from Private hospitals. Recently, I have been to Saroj Hospital, Rohini, Delhi. In this hospital, I am surprised to find that rates for institutions in panel are almost double than normal rates. I seek to enquire the rate list of charges of various tests and procedures for normal and Panel rates.
