Dear Sir, There was no reply from PIO against my RTI application to MP Mantralaya. It is a common feature in MP state. Though I belong to Maharashtra, it is my personal experience in MP that PIO/Appellate authority even didnot talk properly. I can share some speed post track result where the Application/Appeal addressed to Collector is not accepted. Rather they donot bother to reply.Please see track record from indiapost.gov.in EM462640075IN and EM252714334IN.

I am working as Superintendent Grade I in Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. Total life of this University is 13 yrs 2 months and I am senior most employee of the University who joined on the first day of inception of this University. Most of the employees have been promoted who joined after me. The verbal reason told to me by the Vice-Chancellor is that most of the members of the Board of Management (which is supreme body of the University) don't want to promote me. What should I do????? Just out of curiosity, is this number in relation to my RTI tirade against Builder & Auhorities nexus?

UGC sanctioned Rs. 5 Lakhs in 1984 to SPU, Anand, for ladies room w/toilet in a building now called as Hindi Bhawan or Bhasha Bhawan but actual name on paper is 'extension of Humanities Building'. It was constructed and it is only on paper.

It is used by Head of Department as this has all the amenities like TV, PC, Internet, Music System, AC, Sofa-sets etc.
