    Sir, As per your guidance I have tried to frame the draft again kindly check the below link and suggest if i had framed it correctly. I have also tried to brief my problem plz check if it is ok and kindly suggest the right way.
    I am really fed up with this university as corruption and exploitation of students at peak. Plz tell me some strong way to make application more effective so that they can get some lesson and my work get done.
