What is the procedure to file the case against the company at Ministry of Corporate Affairs and MInistry of Finance ?? As i visited the sites and I found SFIO deptt. So is it possible to file the case at SFIO or is there any other deptt in these ministeries for the same.

This seems to be a big scam. Why don't you report the matter to the police. Its better to nip the bud at the early stage. You can also give a write up to us about the modus operandi of the company so that the same could be posted on the various blogs for the information of the people. Since it is a Privately owned company, nothing could be done through RTI.

A complaint can be filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as well as with the Ministry of Finance. In Past Dawood Ibrahim floated many such ventures and collected billions and vanished.

I'm collecting information about Elnathan Technologies from past few
days and i want to share few information with you.

1. As per their website they have office in London (United Kingdom) but my brother had personally visited that place and as per his confirmation there is no such company exists there

2. They have already closed their Indian office

3. They had taken around Rs. 27k - Rs. 50k from the people whom
they have hired for the IT department and Rs. 2500 from BDs and AMMs

If we will look at the bigger part they have already done the scam of
around Rs. One Crore.

Now they are sending people into the market and within a month they
will cover the entire Noida and Ghaziabad region as there are number
of people they have hired for this thing and when the salary time
comes they are suspected to run away.

Please help me out to find the existence of the company and what action can we take against those people.

Please refer to Section 5(4) and 5(5) (reproduced below). You can have assistance of as many persons as you desire. All of them will be treated as APIO. But make sure that only you sign the communications to the applicant. A committee constituted by you also comes under these sub-sections.

Section 5(4) The Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, may seek the assistance of any other officer as he or she considers it necessary for the proper discharge of his or her duties.
(5) Any officer, whose assistance has been sought under sub-section (4), shall render all assistance to the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, seeking his or her assistance and for the purposes of any contravention of the provisions of this Act, such other officer shall be treated as a Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be.

Sir, I have another question. I know I am disturbing but please help me in this. We had received an application for inspection of files. PIO constituted a committee for inspection of files and the inspection was completed and he applicant requested some papers which were provided to him. After that now he has sent another RTI application seeking Rule under which the committee was constitued for inspection of files. can u provided me the Rule. Another thing there we only 3 member including the PIO for inspection. can u tell me whether the PIO was right or not.
