  8. Hon'ble member. Your grievance letter is addressed to uttar pradesh unit of M.C.I. for redressal and its matter is closely connected with the addressed body. Could you explain the matter is closely connected with the M.C.I.? In view of your friend, you can move to M.C.I. as its uttar pradesh unit couldn't be impartial in its function and failed to provide you Hon'ble Sir justice. But still you have remedy of appeal and uttar pradesh unit of M.C.I. didn't deny to provide justice.
  9. Sir, is there no provision to transfer the complaint application to Medical council of India, New Delhi
  10. Hon'ble member. I want to draw your kind attention on subsection 5 of section 19 of transparency act. In any appeal proceedings, the onus to prove that a denial of a request was justified shall be on the CPIO or SPIO , as the case may be, who denied the request. Now take the perusal of section 6(2) of transparency act as follows. An application making request for information shall not be required to give any reason for requesting the information or any other personal details except those that may be necessary for contacting him. In view of your friend aforesaid provisions of R.T.I. Act 2005 can remove your confusion and clarified response of your raise query. Thanks Sir.
