RTI Application: Form A First Appeal: Form G For the purpose of removing any doubt it is hereby clarified that the ‘forms’, as prescribed under these rules, need not be in authorized pre-printed stationery, but any format neatly typed, handwritten or in electronic form which covers essential details prescribed in the form shall be valid. FEES for Public Authorities under the Gujarat RTI Rules:
Application Fee (Sec 6(1))
Rs. 20.00
Fees to be paid by Cash, Bankers Cheque, Demand Draft or IPO payable to “Accounts Officer” or designated officer OR By affixing Non Judicial Stamp on the application
Further Fees (Sec 7(1), 7(3), 7(5))
Rs. 2.00 for each page created or copied (A3 or A4 size)
Actual charge or cost price in larger size paper
Actual cost or price for samples and models
Rs. 50.00 for each Floppy
Rs. 50.00 for each CD
Fees for DVD not specified
As per price fixed for the Publication available for sale, or photocopy charges of Rs. 2.00 per page
First hal an hour of inspection is free and Rs. 20.00 for each subsequent half hour or fraction thereof
