Article: J&K RTI Act 2009 and RTI Rules 2010

Attached are the J&K RTI Act 2009 and the J&K RTI Rules 2010.
The rules are the latest version which were amended on 29 April 2010.


EDIT NOTE:

The J&K High Court dismissed a WP regarding the quantum of RTI Fees charged under J&K RTI Act

Public authorities in J&K has started charging the same rates as before (as per the Rules attached) since the Stay has now been vacated.
