    ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT and SUBORDINATE COURT RTI RULES and FEES

    Application Fee and Mode of Payment


    • Application fee of Rs. 500.00
    • Payable by Cash or Draft or Pay Order in favour of Registrar General, High Court, Allahabad or the District Judge of the concerned District Court


    Additional Fees


    • Rs. 15.00 per page of information to be paid in cash


    Some Interesting points


    • Information will be provided after obtaining permission from the Hon'ble Chief Justice or any other Hon,ble judges of the High Court, who have been nominated by the Chief Justice, in this regard
    • The PIO will not provide any information or allow any inspection which can be obtained by paying the prescribed fee under the Allahabad High Court Rules 1952 or General Rules (Civil/Criminal)
