    Application Fee and Mode of Payment


    • Application fee of Rs. 50.00 for normal applications
    • Application fee of Rs. 500.00 for applications relating to Tender documents/Bids/Quotations/Business Contracts
    • Fees for First Appeal: Rs. 50.00 per appeal
    • Mode of Payment: Not Known


    Additional Fees

    • Rs. 5.00 per page for non priced publications
    • Actual price of printed publication or Rs. 2.00 per page photocopy of a publication

    • First Appeal in Form E


    Some Interesting points

    • Penalty to be determined by the Appellate Authority at the rate of Rs. 50.00 per day of delay and Rs. 1000.00 for knowingly supplying false information


    APIO’s:

    • In the Appellate side of the High Court, Assistant Registrars of the respective departments

    Section Officer or Superintendent where there is no Assistant Registrar

    • In the Original side of the High Court, the Assistant Registrars of the respective departments

    Section Officer or Superintendent where there is no Assistant Registrar

    • In the Sadar/Sub Divisional Courts the senior most Civil Judge (Jr. Div.)


    PIO’s:

    • Deputy Registrar (Admin) on the Appellate side of the High Court
    • The Assistant Master and Referee on the Original side of the High Court
    • Chief Judicial Magistrate in the District Courts
    • Addnl. Chief Judicial Magistrate in the respective sub-divisional courts


    FAA:

    • Appellate Authority means designated as such by the Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court
