• Mode pf payment not indicated in the Rules
• Application to be made in Form A (available in the pdf attachment to this post)

Additional Fees

• Rs. 2.00 per page created or copied
• Actual charges for larger size copies
• Rs. 50.00 per floppy/diskette
• Rs. 20.00 for first hour of inspection, Rs. 50.00 for each additional hour

First Appeal

• First Appeal to be made in prescribed form D (available in the pdf attachment to this post)
• First Appeal fees are Rs. 50.00
