COIMBATORE: Local Planning Authority (LPA) officials are hesitant to take action against a school building, constructed illegally on more than 40 cents of land, originally allotted for a park and children’s play area at Nethaji Nagar, Kovaipudur, claimed an RTI activist.

According to S P Thiyagarajan, a promoter, in 1988, had developed four acres of land in Sundakkamuthur Village into 45 plots and allotted 40 cents for park and playground as reserve site. Read more at;
