    It is better to post them as attachments.

    Learned Attorney General states that the present Writ Petition has been
    filed in view of ratio and reliance placed by the Chief Information Commissioner
    on the Order dated 6th January, 2009 passed in Appeal No.CIC/WB/A/2008/00426
    titled S.C. Agrawal vs SCI. It is stated that Writ Petition (Civil)
    No.288/2009 has been filed against the decision dated 6th January, 2009 passed
    in the case of S.C. Aggarwal (supra).
    Ld. Attorney General states that without prejudice to the rights and
    contention of the petitioner on the legal issues and contentions raised in the
    Writ Petition (Civil) no. 288/2009 and in the present Writ Petition, the

    petitioner will supply information as directed in the Order dated 16th July,
    2009. The statement is taken on record. It is clarified that this Court has
    not expressed any opinion on the ratio and the legal question dealt with in the
    Order dated 6th January, 2009 and the impugned order passed by the Central
    Information Commission. No further orders are required.
    Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
