The experts stand in the issue is in tune with such CIC decision stating that an affected party, victim has a right to seek such information through process of court, even without RTI.
The options of getting information is left to litigants, and courts can decide those issues referred to them, and courts are not competent to declare one type of option, when there are several options.
This is in particular reference to several RTI queries on Sec.498 queries and Income tax details of spouses.
