    You can file First Appeal after 40 days from date of posting of your application, if you have not received any response, and then you are having right to go for second appeal before Information Commission.
    A citizen can seek that information which is available on record and in custody of Public information officer, and this is not a question paper to treat it as the questions are simple or tough.
    A simple format of appeal is provided. Search website of that public authority to locate FAA, format of FA, fees if any.

    Grounds for appeal: SPIO has neither provided information nor denied information stating such exemption with justification within 30 days as stipulated under the Act to RTI Application dt................filed by appellant. Considering the information as deemed denial of information this first appeal. Copy of self attested RTI Application provided as xerox on back side of this appeal.

    PRAYER: Appellant prays for directions to PIO for providing the information free of cost as expeditiously as possible. An explanation may also be called from PIO for negligence in performing his duty and statutory obligation as stipulated in RTI Act.
