Re: Does this question come within the definition of information?
Does "information not held" refer to:
1. a policy (or in the absence of it a practice) abouut a class of information, e.g. "we do not keep information of visitors to our exhibition stall"? Or
2. a lapse "We did not keep information of visitors to our stall at India Trade Fair 2007"? Or
3.information collected but subsequently lost or destroyed?
Thanks and regards
