Further, you might have noticed that some words in post get a blue color and when you put the mouse over it, it gives you the summary definition of it and when you click on it, it opens the glossary term.

Re: Section 4 of RTI Act VERY IMPORTANT, See Sample RTI
Looking to the hardship faced by the students of Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut in the matter of filling examination forms by external/ private candidates, unsure dates of examination, status of issuance of roll numbers and result declaration/reexamination not accessible at the university website (although existing but poorly maintained and never updated), on 4th Sept. 2009 I sought information from the Registrar/PIO of the university regarding steps taken by the authorities to meet obligation(Suo-moto declaration) under section 4 (1) (a)(b) of RTI Act, 2005 and asked for details of steps, mechanisms, process and/or systems adopted by university office to fulfill this responsibility under the act. I also requested him to furnish the date/s of instructions/order received from superior authorities in respect of maintenance and updating of Website of CCS University with reference to RTI Act. In the month of December 2009, we found sea change in the website where most of the information was available to the present/prospective students appearing for current academic year 2009-10. Later in March 2010, I got a letter from PIO CCS University vide ref. 1862 / 4371 dated 8.3.2010 stating that the authorities have compiled information on 16 points and uploaded the same on website www.ccsuniverisity.ac.in which is (now) available for common people. A great relief for the students and the people concerned.
Thanks for guidance.
