Thread: Pressurising the Applicant

  1. Pressurising the Applicant

In a case against a nationalised bank, when the loanee filed RTI application, the bank officer sent a sale notice of the property and also threatened on phone wife's relative. Can we lodge a complaint to the CIC against the officer, as he is obstructing right to information of the applicant, which emanates from fundamental rights. Is there any precedence and judgement of cic or state cic? Members may kindly communicate on this site for the benefit of all.
