hello every one
my name is rohit and I from london.
I need help regarding my flight delay from london to ahmedabad which was AirIndiaMy father expired on 21st november2007 and I booked my flight for same day but they delayed the flight and gave us so many excuses and no single excuse was resonable.at last they cancelled the flight and made arrangements for our accomodation in hotel then there was another plane for us next day.because of this I could not see my father's last face before funeral.Staff's behaviour was also very rude at airport and police has to interfere to control the situation because every passenger wasso angry wih this.
what should I do or what can I do.

This is a fit case for taking up through the Consumer Forum as there is a deficiency in service. No point in seeking recourse under RTI Act.Defeat is not final when you fall down. It is final when you refuse to get up.
