My family is in dispute for some ancestoral property in Mumbai. The property in dispute consists of a plot of land with a building constructed on it. Unfortunately, the property card title and other documents are being held back by one of the senior family members. I have the Cadastral Survey number and know which division of mumbai the property is registered in.
What would be the procedure using the RTI Act to find out:
-The owners of the land over the past 30 years ; The list of person in whose name the receipts of land revenue / property taxes were issues in last 30 years ; details of mutation (resolution of disupte and transfer of land) in last 30 years
