    You talked about fees, court stamps are different than other stamps which we generally buy for rent-agreement etc. ?

    In case if you do not know name of payee, just enclose crossed postal order without payee's name with following remarks in RTI application:

    Payment of filing fee: Postal Order [IPO] No. _____________for Rs.___ is enclosed. Since I could not locate exact name of payee etc I am enclosing blank IPO with a request to fill in the details u/s 5.3.

    DoPT circulars are applicable to Central Govt offices only.
    It takes each of us to make difference for all of us.
