    Indian Postal Order

i WANT TO SEEK INFORMATION & WANT TO DEPOSIT FEES THROUGH IPO.HOW I CAN KNOW THE NAME OR DESIGNATION TO WHOM OR IN FAVOUR I HAVE TO DEPOSITED IT.

you can simply leave the beneficiary column blank. but add a specific request to the PIO to fill up the same, as you are not aware of the correct name of the payee in whose name account is maintained. also please be guided by the discussions in the thread https://www.rtiindia.org/forum/3394-q...-rti-fees.html
Defeat is not final when you fall down. It is final when you refuse to get up.

    Dear v9dbansal,
I have sent IPO in the name of "IOCL" payable in Delhi. They accepted this and sent my RTI application to concerned CPIO of IOCL.
