    How to furnish the reply against the applicant asked? Whether it should be compiled and replied pointwise as the applicant asked or as it is what the documents had.

    I feel it is better to reply point wise to the RTI Application one by one.
    If there is a point or a item where applicant has asked for a document, then the reply to that point can be:

    x. As per your request, enclosed herewith is the document titled.......... with the mark "Annexure - 1".

    Replying point wise has the advantage of easy correlation between the application and the reply from the PIO, in case the matter goes to appeal.

    Whether the Reply to be furnished any Organisation, Chairman to any associations, Press editors etc.under RTI Act.

    If I understand your query correctly, you want to know whether a Association, Press Editor, etc can apply for information under RTI ?
