    Direct Complain To Information Commissioner

    I Have Asked Some Information To Central Information Officer Through Proper Format And Paying Fee. But I Have Neither Received Any Information Nor Received Any Denied Letter. More Than 50 Days Passed.
    Now I Would Lile To Know Whether I Can Directly Apporach To Information Commissioner To Complain The Matter?
    Please Guide Me Thanks

    There is no harm in complaining direct to CIC/SIC under section 18 and I think it will take months for hearing.
    It is always advisable to exhaust proper channel.
    Since u have still 10 days to go I will suggest to appeal to First Appeleant Authority.
    I many case it is found that we get desired result within first appeal.
