Psychological Evaluation of a Govt Official

I think this govt official is suffering from severe ASPD (Antisocial Personality Disorder).

Can I request for Psychological Diagnosis and Evaluation Report of this official through RTI?

Yes you can seek information on such issues if the same is available in material form with that public authority and if it serves some larger public interest. AFAIK no Public Authority do engage in such activities.

As a proof of concept why don't you first apply for information on these?

I think that will be first of it's kind in the history of RTI.

Go ahead with it and share with us these invaluable infromation you have thus collected through RTI.

    Good Luck.

    Sidmis,

I think you have been trapped by a self-styled nerd to answer a speculative query. At this rate, I may have to call for similar reports on a few individuals here who want to use this forum-board as a launch-pad for their private ends. Since no purpose will be served by any discussion on unrelated issues, I am closing down this thread.

    ASPD and BPD Diagnosis

Most corrupt officials in India are suffering from ASPD (Anti-social Personality Disorder) aka Lack of Compassion and/or BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder).

It is prudent to seek ASPD & BPD Diagnosis Reports of such officials from relevant PIO (Public Information Officers).

I have seen courts also appreciating such Diagnosis reports in some cases.
