the ic is under high influence of the CPIO, on 15/06/2009 the IC allowed my appeal verbally but in the written orders there were many typographical mistakes, which all went in favour of the CPIO.

now am plannin to move ahead to High Court.

So doing all this resulted in nothing for you till date?
What do you expect from high court?
also u mean Allahabad high court isn't it?
Is this close to your place? how do you manage all the hassle and travel?
    Thanks

it may not hv resulted me much till date, but still i plan to move ahead.
i'm plannin to file my writ in Delhi High Court. though i am not specific in what i'm expecting from the court, but this much is sure that the DHC must & will set aside the orders of CIC.

the interesting thing is the CPIO, Passport Office, Ghaziabad demanded me an amount of Rs. 1000/- as penalty, n that very illegally. for which i'd already spend Rs. 20,000/- (approx.) till date and still i plan to spent an amount equal to or more than it, IN THE SAKE OF JUSTICE.
