This is my first msg in RTI, Actually I had a problem with regards to my Refund of Assessment Year 2005-06. My refund voucher deliverd to me is expired one which I had returned to the department 7 requet for revalidation, but unfortunately there is fire in IT department and all data is lost, Then ITO asked me to submit Indemnity Bond for the same Which I had submitted along with several reminders for the issue of refund. But no positive response is being received.
Now from last one month they are saying that refund is being issued to you in the first week of March through ECS but the same is not credited in my account. I had enquiry from the refund Pilot and from Banglore also but nothing positve.
Now my query is whether there is any other mode through which I can receive my Refund, if yes then please provide me the procedure for the same?
I will be highly obliged for your kind attention to this matter.
