Kindly email them at email@example.com attaching a copy of your A/c statement captured on line or otherwise. There the transaction details are available. Within a day or two you will get the refund.

even i am waiting for my tdr refunf from railway since nov09....so now i have decided to file RTI i suppose 10 rs postal order along with my application should be sent to the address mentioned by you will be enough ..and kindly guide me that what should be written on the postal order..
