    Genuinely, I thought that the withdrawal is not written into the acts, so is also not in the RTI act. There is no way for me to know this as I thought it is automatically granted.

    Let me put it this way. In the act, it is not mentioned that an appellant cannot withdraw his application.

    Nowhere in the act, it is written that the application can OR cannot be withdrawn
