Our building is in redevelopment since 2005. Recently Govt passed an order regards additional 0.33 TDR availability. This means that the builder procures this 0.33 at a reduced cost. Right? Whom should the benefits of the savings go? Builder sinc the agreement has already been signed or the residents since they are the owners of the land? In case we go to court, what is our legal standing?
Can you help me with this query please. Also are there any other similar cases. If so, what was the result
