Thread: Co-Operative Banks

I had submitted an application for details from one of the Co opertive banks with the required fees. I also received a letter from them just after 28 days that the details are ready and that I can collect it from their head office.
When I went there to collect the documents, they are giving vague answers.
Whom do I appeal to now, to get the complete details under RTI
