    Question rti help

    hi 2 all
    im a new memeber
i made an application under rti act to insurance company(nationalised general insurnce company)requesting the details of one of its corrupt officer(dept enquiries conducted on him and proved guilty). but the pio sent a letter that information is exempt as it effects its pvt life and quoting some secs.
later i came to know that he was asked to take compulsory retirement.
i think this was made to protect the retirement benefits of the employee
pls guide me how to proceed further.

If you are not satisfied with the answers received from PIO, you can file an appeal to AA.
