    Unless you post your RTI application,First appeal and 2nd appeal and what is the replies you got as hinted by our senior Mr.ganpat1956, members cannot give you any pointed reply.RTI works at many places but still there are many departments who think that they are in separate world NOT ANSWERABLE TO ANYBODY.

    What is the point in re opening a post replied six years back by experts on the issue ?
    As this is not the first time, just I am curious.

    That is clear to me Karira sab but since GLN prasad garu has stated that this is six years case and therefore I have commented that way.
