    Claim under Article 21 of Constitution of India read with RTI Act Section 7(1) concerning life and liberty


    the following claim has been sent by email and a case is being filed in High Court at Shimla. I would request legal fraternity to send me case references concerning life, liberty and property,accountability of employer, or anything that could assist me in drafting of case</O>

    I don't think that this forum is aware of the case other than what you have attached. From what is given therein, it is not known as to what information you had asked under Section 7(1), when it was asked and when it was provided. It is not known whether the life and liberty would have been restored or not damaged, had the information been furnished within 48 hrs instead of -----days.

    information was sought on details of parental property, property sold, documents pertaining to appointment of my uncle as Lambardar, copies of
    order affecting the ownership of my property

    I doubt if Sec 7(1) can be invoked in an application seeking the above information.
