  1. BCAS Foundation on which I am the trustee has just published a book on RTI with the title Right To Information – A route to good Governance. We distribute free but would welcome any contribution any person may like to give. If any members desires to have a copy please send your name and address. Same will be mailed at the earliest.

    I will get the notification number if specifically you are looking for that. However I have compiled the list of Ministries/ department for whom the Department of Posts would recieve application/Appeal .

It is a people’s movement and not funded externally or promoted by any Political party, organisation, Private concern, Corporate body nor by the Government of India or otherwise.

    The RTI India Team, means the voluntary individuals who have decided to share their knowledge and experiences with the working of RTI Act only, by the in house use of technical and web competence. Some of the Team members work for the Government of India in the official capacity but in no way represent the Government of India view nor any post made in any official capacity.

    dear narayanvarma, the laws of this country are only for its citizen. foreigners cannot use our laws and they are subject to the jurisdiction of our Courts
    a public limited company is a 'legal person' and as such can invoke RTI.
